Feature

Indications

1. Swine:

Usage and dosage

1. Swine

The recommended dose for control of pyrexia, control of inflammation in endotoxemia is 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg of body weight given by slow intravenous administration either once a day as a single dose intervals for up to 3 days.

The recommended dose for the prevention of postpartum lactation disorder syndrome is 8-10ml / head of sow given by intravenous administration after delivery.

The recommended dose for the reduction of incidence of diarrhea and increase the survival rate is 0.3ml/head of piglet given by single dose intravenous administration when weaning.

2. Ruminants

The recommended dose for control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease and endotoxemia and control of inflammation in endotoxemia is 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg (22mL/100 kg) of body weight given by slow intravenous administration either once a day as a single dose or divided into two doses administered at 12-hour intervals for up to 3 days. The total daily dose should not exceed 2.2 mg/kg of body weight. Avoid rapid intravenous administration of the drug. The recommended dose for acute bovine mastitis is 2.2 mg/kg of body weight given once by intravenous administration.

 

Adverse Reactions

Intramuscular injection can stimulate the local area. Long-term high dose use of this product may damage animal gastric ulcer and kidney function.

 

Precautions

1. Animals with peptic ulcer should be used with caution.

2. Concomitant use of r non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided..

 

Withdrawal Period

Cattle and swine, 28 days.
