Can be widely distributed in animal body, and can be into the organization and body fluid, in addition to cerebrospinal fluid. Nearly all tissues of drug concentrations were higher than plasma. Metabolism of the liver is mainly by removing ethyl group of the 7-piperazinyl ring to form ciprofloxacin, followed by oxidation and glucuronic acid binding. Mainly through the kidneys (renal tubular secretion and glomerular filtration) discharge, 15% to 50% of the prototype excreted by the urine.
