Characteristic

Light yellow oil suspension, layered after placement, evenly dispersed after shaking.

Pharmacological Action

Benzoxicillin belongs to β-lactam antibiotics. It binds to the corresponding penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) on the membrane and affects its function. The cell wall peptide synthesis was blocked, and the cell wall defect of bacteria was expanded. This product is acid-resistant, resistant to enzymes, and can’t easily hydrolyzed by penicillinase. The product is effective to most of the gram-positive bacteria, especially for penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, but the antibacterial activity to gram-negative cocci (no enzyme producing strains and A group hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, green Streptococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis)is weaker than penicillin. Enterococcus faecalis resistant to this product.

Drug Interaction

1) And the following drug solution was physical incompatibility (Resulting in turbidity, floc or precipitation): Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, oxytetracycline hydrochloride, tetracycline hydrochloride, gentamicin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, vitamin C and chlorpromazine hydrochloride.

2) It will be invalid when mixed with colistin methanesulfonate sodium, kanamycin sulfate solution.

Indication

β-lactam antibiotics. Mainly used for the treatment of dry cow mastitis caused by sensitive bacteria.

Usage & Dosage

Milk tube infusion for dry cow, each milk room 10ml

Adverse Reaction

According to the usage and dosage has not yet seen adverse reactions.

Precautions

1. 42 days before calving disabled, lactation disabled..

2. People who is allergy to penicillin should not be in contact with this product. The user should avoid directly contact with the product of the drug and wash hands after use. In case of skin rash, should immediately consult a doctor. Face, lips and eyes swollen or breathing difficulties for severe allergic manifestations, in urgent need of medical assistance.

Withdrawal Period

28 days for cow, discard time for 96 hours after calving.
