Pharmacological Action
Amphenicols antibiotics. Florfenicol has strong antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma, etc. Florfenicol is sensitive to pasteurella hemolyticus, pasteurella multocida, actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, salmonella typhi. Bacteria may have acquired resistance to florfenicol and cross-resistance with thiamphenicol.
Indication
For the treatment of bacterial diseases caused by chicken-sensitive bacteria, such as chicken salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, E. coli disease,ect.
Usage &Dosage
Florfenicol count. Mixed drink: 1 L water:50-100mg for chicken, used for 3 to 15 days.
Adverse Reactions
1. The product has blood system toxicity, mainly for the reversible erythropoietin inhibition, but no aplastic anemia reported.
2.The product has strong immunosuppressive effect.
Precaution   
Vaccination period or immunocompromised severely damaged animals disabled.
Withdrawal Period  
5 days for chicken ; laying hens disabled.
