This product is colorless or light yellow oily liquid, slightly sticky.

Pharmacological Action

1. Pharmacodynamics

Eprinomectin is a macrolide parasiticide. Its parasite resistance spectrum is similar to ivermectin.Subcutaneous injection of this product to most common nematodes adult and larvae kill rate of 95%. The product had stronger killing effects on Cooperia nematodes, radiation esophageal nematodes, and Xanthomonas circinators than ivermectin. It has a 100% killing effect on the larvae of the bomb fly and has a strong killing effect on the bomb fly.

2. Pharmacokinetics

After the product was given subcutaneously (0.2mg/kg) into the cow's neck, peak time was 28.2 hours, peak plasma concentration was 87.5nm/ml, and elimination half-life was 35.7 hours.

Drug Interaction

Simultaneous use with ethamazine may cause severe or fatal encephalopathy.

Eprinomectin Injection is a broad-spectrum anti-parasitic product. Can be used to dispel and kill endoparasite(such as gastrointestinal nematodes, lung nematodes) and ectoparasites（such as mites, ticks, lice, leather fly maggots,etc.)

Usage and Dosage

Subcutaneous injection, 0.2ml per 10kg body weight for cattle.

Adverse Reactions

According to the provisions of the use of dosage has not yet seen adverse reactions.

Precautions

1.The product can only injected subcutaneously and may not be injected intramuscularly or intravenously.

2.Collie disabled.

3.Highly toxic to shrimp, fish and aquatic organisms. The packaging of the remaining drugs should not contaminate the water source.

4.When using this product, the operator shall not eat or smoke, wash hands after operation.

5.Avoid children's contact.

Withdrawal Period

1 day; 1 day after the cow abandoned milk.
